Pilates

One of the biggest problems of the modern and working people is the posture problems caused by working at the computer and the pains caused by them. This problem arises from our muscle and skeletal structure, which we forgot to use during the day and cannot perform its daily activity.

The basic principle of Pilates is to strengthen the abdomen and back areas evenly and to form a solid skeleton on the upper body. Doing so, stretching the whole body and opening the vertebrae. Thus, the accumulations that occur over time in the body begin to disappear. With the classic exercises, weak muscles tend to weakness and strong muscles tend to get stronger. This can lead to unbalanced muscle structure, chronic low back pain and disability. In the Pilates, the muscle structure becomes a whole.
